Mer du Sud black calf leather riding boots with stretch shaft & back zip. Chunky stacked black heel measures 4cm. These are long in the foot but quite a slim fit so stick to your size. The stretch shaft is made from a stretchy rubber like material that looks like textured leather - perfect for slightly wider calves.

" This is a beautiful boot - excellently made with good room in the toe box (which I have found is not the case in cowboy boots/riding boots) of similar style - so it is great in winter as you can layer on thick socks without being all squashed up. Another bonus of this boot is that you do not have to zip up or down each time you put on/take off the boot - it glides on and off and saves any fiddly business with the zip. I normally have problems with boots that fit my foot but find that I could fit two legs and an arm into the calf part they are often so big - but this boot is great because it is stretch - so it fits, no matter. I found the back of the heels section a little knobbly at the zip area at first (I have knobbly heels myself that stick out....) but it righted itself after a few wears. Grace (size 43)"
