1. What is your returns policy?
Its Simple! We have a no questions asked returns policy. Thus removing the risk and ensuring your peace of mind when purchasing from us.
You can cancel your order at any time and for any reason before dispatch.

Please note that Clearance sale items can be exchanged but are excluded from refund.
You may return your goods within 14 calendar days of reciept, unworn & in the same condition theat you recieved them. We recommend that you use the original packaging to insure that the products are not damaged on the return journey; for refund or exchange.
Returns must be shipped back by a registered shipping method (we strongly recommend insuring the goods during shipping or postage).
The shipping costs have to be covered by you, we will not accept any COD parcels.
After 14 days the sale is considered closed & we will not make a refund. But we will offer store credit if the goods are returned with the original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.
Please note we trade in €s and can take no responsibility for currency fluctuations.
2. I recieved the wrong item or a damaged item - what can I do?
We thoroughly check every order before it is shipped, however we are human and mistakes can happen & occasionally damage can occur during transit.
If you receive the wrong item or one that is damaged or defective, please save the box & the original packing material & contact us immediately via email: sales(at)large-size-designer-shoes.com , Please return the product to us we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
3. How soon does the refund appear on my credit card?
Goods are refunded within 30 days of cancellation. A refund back to your credit card account may take between 14 & 21 business days before it appears on your account. This is dependent on your bank & credit card provider. Pay Pal refunds are received as soon as they are processed which will be within 3 work days of receiving your parcel
4. Returns for exchange
Exchanges of the same shoe type, just a different size will be shipped to you free of charge! This exchange will be shipped to you on the same day of receipt of the original merchandise.
5. How to return your order
- All the products you are returning must be in perfect, unworn condition and packed in the original unmarked shoe box and packaging that you received them in. Include any accessories & tags.
- Please take care to pack the item accordingly so as to avoid any damage to the merchandise in transit.
- Please make sure you send the parcel back to us by registered post. Insuring your return is also recommended.
