Most of our shoes are made in Europe so we use European sizes as standard.

• If you are unsure please print our guide to measure your feet and see what size you are.

• Please read our "fit tip" when it appears. Every style & every brand of shoe fit differently. We have measured the internal toe to heel lenghts of all of our shoes.

• Left and right feet often differ slightly in size. Measure both feet and use the measurement for the larger foot.

• Feet swell a bit and get larger as the day passes. So you should measure later in the day.

• You can always email , call us or use the live chat below with any sizing queries you have before purchasing.

   

  If however, your shoes don't fit don't worry, we will, on receipt of the original shoes in perfect re-saleable condition, either send you your correct size at no extra cost or offer you a refund. We do not refund the original shipping costs.

Clothes Size Guide

We want to provide you the perfect fit. You can use the guide to make sure that you choose the correct size when ordering or alternatively you can send us your sizes and we will help you select that which is most suitable.

It's much easier if you can get a friend to help, and remember to take your actual body measurements in cm as it is more accurate than inches.

TIPS ON MEASURING
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, and around your back, keeping the tape measure level.

Waist: To measure around your waist, measure around the slimmest part of your waist (usually a lot higher than you think).

Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inside leg: Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch continuing down the leg to the floor. This should be done in bare feet.

Sleeve length: With hand on hip, measure from the shoulder (end of shoulder at the top of arm) and continue over bent elbow to the wrist.
